i guess those would be the Federation Mega and Imperial Apoc.. i'm not entirely sure but i think there were only 1of each.
Or otherwise items that the world of eve has only one copy of.

Gold magnate cannot be counted since it doesn't exist anymore.
As far as ships go the Opux probably takes it. There is only one.
As far as fittings go, the WCS II is likely the rarest. Only two exist for now.
As far as non-fitted things go, the Sacred Throne Order cross is it. There's only one.
As far as player behaviors go.. I'd say someone building Passive Targeters for sale is the rarest.

Are hangar credits rare? It used to be possible to create them by dragging/dropping credits in a certain way... didn't know you couldn't do that anymore. I have one sitting somewhere... worth anything? Other than one credit I mean :)

There are more than 2 silver magnates in the game.
There is only 1 federate issue megathron in the game, and from the looks of it, it will never ever change hands again.
After listenng to "whaaa, I want the federate" for days upon days, I can safely say the gent will not part with it
Now, if someone would take the opux for a strawl, it just might end up being as rare as the federate...
