We need actuall ship pics from sis or ingame. The concept design looks cool and all but not what you would see ingame. So are there any pics of the tier 3 battleships other than the concept art.

The other 'concept art' pieces resemble the final ships pretty much.

Has counting the turrets been a good indicator in the past? The Amarr battleship has 8 turrets, yet the Emperor himself visited me and stated that He wants me to fly a Tier 3 Amarr BS with 5 turrets, 5 launchers, 8 hislots, a 5% resists per level, and a missile bonus.
Seriously though, has counting the turrets in previous concept arts worked?

Amarr Tier 3 battleship.
4 turret slots, 8 highslots.
Insane bonus to armour resistance and nosferatu range and amount bonus.
Capacitor warfare here we come!

If you mean skillreqs, I wouldn't expect them to be very high. It's not Tech 2 after all, only Tier 3...I assume Battleships 4 or, at worst, 5 will suffice.

I'd be surprised if it was anything other than battleship level 3.
And it shall not be used for mining, it'll be used for PvE. The Armageddon is a laser beast, and it'd be pretty hard to improve on it for PvP without going for a nossing boat, but the curse already fills that role quite nicely (not that I can fly the thing yet, but I waaaaant!)

I'm guessing the Amarr tier three will be a drone boat of some discription, we don't really need a bigger gunboat, not that I'd mind a bigger gunboat.

heh posted a thread on this a while back got flamed down like hell some newb didnt belive the picture of the gilent battleship had 8 guns on it [4 turret slots] Note i say the concept art NOT the final design when released.
Saying that tho those who want to guess what these ships will do the Concept art is probably ower most up to date source of info.
The amarr one looks sweet tho cant wait till i get one
