I have no way get into my character, as when I log in, the black screen remains and I cannot play.
I am rather dissapointed with the setup of the Support page on this site in regards to working with petitions...that being the case, I am forced to post this in the main forums as I have no other place to post this
flames will be promptly ignored

petition? I was stuck in Yulai and got unstuck in 3 minutes.

"Stuck Petition" babycakes! Its your friend. Still if you are lonely ... I'm stuck in Yulai as well ;)

PS ... if you didn't realise ... the way to make a stuck petition if your main character is stuck is to create an Alt character (one of the other two slots) ... then login as that character and use the petition icon from the left hand side of the screen. Use "stuck" as the type and fill in the details. Be polite and it usually gets answered fairly quickly ;)

I'm Stuck in Yulai too, and i had just taken a mission that ended in Yulai too... so i guess i'm just gonna fail the mission because Yulai is messed up!

By now people should know to avoid Yulai, too bad its in the middle of everything.
They need a feature in the map
fastest route
safest route
route without gettign stuck
route - (skip yulai)

Me too m'dear, damn the Sisters of Eve for sending me too Yulai, I knew that was problem as soon as my agent suggested it. The "workaround" is hunt around the corp list for the referring agents for all the ones that accept you at docking. And visit them all. Eventually you'll find one that can be bribed. Bribes can easily make up for lost faction standing for whatever reason. I'm not convinced that numbers of mission done, or failed, actually means anything. I'm pretty sure that faction standing and raw chance is the only issue for getting better referrals.
So ... bribe your way to happiness!

... 'Tis even simpler, actually... just launch EVE, press Esc on character selection screen and click "Petition" button (on the bottom edge of the window which pops up) then select 'stuck' etc.

For this reason i got an agent far far from the highways, saves a lot of hassle when they try sending you there every second mission. I was stuck for nearly 16 hours last night though..sigh
..and no, referals are based on number of missions and agent Quality, Papa smurf Explained this in the mission forum a while ago i think. To move from a lvl 2 to 3 you generally need over 20 missions, to get a lvl 3 from a lvl 2 you need 60-110 missions etc.
Thats the way it worked with my 3 level 3 agents anyways. Bribing didnt make a difference for me, it just raised my standing to get better rewards faster.

I have the same problem and i¦m not in yulai....a few jumps away. When i try to petition it says something about a transport bla bla bla
