CVA Announcement
Following the successful integration of Amarrian Border Defence Corporation and its pilots Garreck and Frosty into the Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA) the alliance would like to announce that it has decided to admit other demonstrably loyal multi-racial corporations to the alliance. This historic move has been endorsed by the vast majority of the CVA's current membership.
One multi-racial corporation will shortly be joining the CVA as 'associate member' and another two corporations are currently in discussions.
These corporations have a LONG history of collaborating with the CVA and have made substantial sacrifices while helping the CVA to protect the Deliverance area from the depredations of pirates and terrorists. These corporations also demonstrated supreme loyalty during the recent ISS 'incident' with supportive war declarations either made or in process - despite major threats to them from mercenaries.
Before joining, the members of the new CVA corporations will swear an oath of loyalty to the Amarrian Empire. As 'associate members' the multi-racial corporations will not have a say over the strategic direction of the CVA - with decision making remaining in the hands of pure Amarr-only corporations. They will however be able to take advantage of the many other benefits of CVA membership particularly on the economic front.
The first multi-racial corporation that will be admitted is the Shadowtec Corporation - Led by Manfred Doomhammer - a long standing ally and friend to the CVA.
This was not an easy decision or one taken lightly yet the historic ACTIONS of each of these three corporations has demonstrated their total commitment and dedication to the Amarrian cause.
Aralis, CEO of Imperial Dreams, the CVA's executor corp, said, "My primary concern always has been and always will be in defending and expanding the Amarrian Empire. This is exactly what we set out to do with our Deliverance project in low-sec Domain and Providence. Non-Amarrians should be conquered where necessary and made to respect the Amarrian way - but if they voluntarily join our side so much the better!"
He continued, "It is our duty as Amarrians to bring the truth and enlightenment to the Universe and it gladdens my heart to see that many already accept this truth and see the superiority of our way. Who are we to turn our backs on their offers of aid when such an approach may turn potential friends into bitter enemies of our glorious Empire? In creating Deliverance region we have shown the universe the righteousness of our cause and the correctness of our ways and it does not surprise me that pilots of other races wish to join us. Battalions of angels will be singing in heavan when they hear of this news."

Not at all terrorist. Things are actually quite rosy at the moment.
Terrorist operations have dwindled throughout Amarrian space and the Deliverance region is safer than ever with pirate activity reduced to sporadic infestations...
But that is no reason for complacency!

Congratulations to Manfred and Shadowtech and their exemplary service and dedication to the Empire. I am glad they and many others are finally being given the opportunity they deserve to properly serve the Amarr Empire in the best way possible.
Non-Amarrians should be conquered where necessary and made to respect the Amarrian way - but if they voluntarily join our side so much the better!

Today is a day of joy and I am greatly honored by the trust CVA placed in us by granting us
associate status.
We are mere pilgrims, who have only taken a few steps on the long road to enlightenment.
But it is my belief that with our allies in the CVA as mentors we will not stray from this path.
God be the destiny, the Empire the way.
As for some of the terrorists trying to spit their venom. I have been fighting the scourge of the
Ushra'Khan before and I will now happily continue to serve the Empire this way.

You may want to be a bit more careful with your words, lest you sour your relationships with those who now count the Empire as allies. Arrogance is somewhat unbecoming.
However, congratulations on your expansion.

I do cry out loud, I sink praise out to God as another of the terrorist scum are brought before his righteous justice and His holy will is done. It makes me sad to see the CVA infiltrated by inferior creatures. I saw it coming when CVA accepted Garreck. It was only a matter of time that this disease would spread after the first parasite succeeded.

Do you not believe that those willing to serve god and empire should be given the chance to serve? Under the guidence of the Amarr they may yet become worthy, over time, of course.

Of course I do believe everyone must have a chance to serve. Everyone can start as a slave. There are half a million examples of my good will working in my factories.
I do not believe that former terrorist like Frosty should run free and be allowed to call himself loyal to the Empire while countless amarrian parents still mourn for the death of their children he is responsible for.
I said the same to RFAUX and I make no exceptions with CVA or anyone else. Moral values apply to everyone without exceptions, without compromises.

Now, that makes me so proud having blown up the Doomhammer today.
He engaged me bravely and cleverly to defend the transport ship - and me being rather unexperienced was happy for the fight against him instead of going after the much more valuable target. One of the few occasions in piracy where both sides consider what has happened as a success.
But can you see the omen in this, Amarr? On the day of his joining your lot, your new friend gets taken down by the most inexperienced freedom fighter in the galaxy.
The downfall of the Amarr Empire, as foreseen by our Shamans, is drawing closer. I can hear the crumbling, see *****s in the Golden Shell and feel the liberation of our People coming.

I see nothing historical behind it.
As hakera indicated with "desperate times" - the "iss incident"
showed them they need reinforcements.
It may look, as it comes in handy in the war against the small freedom fighter alliance of 'bonehard suicid-willing missile riders'
- with half the size of the CVA fleet - but i suspect it is just fear.
fear for iss and their allies, fear for marauders like jim bob and ben.
this is not anymore the fear from us alone
(even though i would be proud if i could believe that:)
first corruption, then controlled infiltration and dropping of ideals.
next? what will be dropped next? the "defense" of the empire perhaps?
or just the anti-pirate stance? time will tell.

It seems as though the harsh realities of lawless space outside of the protection of the golden Empire has compromised their rigid values in favor of practicalities like allying themselves with foreigners for mutual protection. Perhaps some of this behavior will reverberate with the people back home.
