I've had 2 ingamne offers on this, one for 50 billion, another for 80 billion (but he wanted to do a payment plan which I'm not comfortable with.) Just wondering what the consensus here would be on an approximate value of this BPO.

Posting build cost and expected average sell price and daily production capacity will help a lot when making an estimate.

Cost is under 5 mill per unit. With PE 4 on the bpo, 8 units per day. Avg empire sell price is currently around 55-60 mill per unit.

The price drops like a stone every day, 50 bils for that bpo if you got offered i suggest sell it but i know nobody with that ammount of money in his wallet and the will to spent it on such bpo
30-35 bils is more like the real value(today) of the print
as for the payment plan, forget it the bpo makes that ammount of isk within a year IF and only if the price stays at 60, which is not going to happen( always remember that not all the bpos are out yet)
the price will stabilize at 20-30 in the next 3 months and thereafter at <20
Edit: btw market price in ours is currently 45 mils and the last 4 days no units have been sold in essence
Last time i checked market price in jita was 50 mils
every 2 weeks the price drops 5-10 mils

Check the price for Modulated Strip Miner II, divide by 2 and this is what your module will cost in few months time frame (if lucky since there is far more damand for MSMII).
Advice:
Sell ASAP at most you can get...
