Greetings Esteemed Community,
Due to recent controversies surrounding a brother in arms in the glorious Code Alliance.
I have decided to escalate the current situation in regards to the Bot-Aspirant, Non-code compliant dwellers of high sec with the blessing from our Saviour James 315.

No offense but 6 freighters and 2 battleships is pretty pathetic considering what your goals were for that night. You should easily have more than twice as many victims in that time frame. Gotta work on your gank game or something... |

I am at two minds about what I have seen being talked about.
I will reserve my judgement for now until I see how things unfold. I will however say the amount of people I see "I am quitting" is pretty interesting, at the same time those same people have not quit.
Not a fan of Riptard and for those that know me, I have had heated discussion with Erotica about certain things which I do not agree with.
Take that as you will. I will continue my wardecs and will continue to do what I like to do and share it with the fine gents in BU and MB. Although it would have been nice if Erotica gave me some of that ISK. It would have funded my wars for a long time.

Its not even IC or ingame blackmail since you are trying to effect something that is "outside" of the game. Don't get me wrong, you killing people in hi-sec does not bother me the least but the fact that you are doing it to force others to agree to remove someone from the CSM is horrible. If you are doing it to be so called "High Sec Champions" or what ever thats fine but this is just low.
Oh well since I will be called carebear and other nice names due to this post I can only say I hope you fail only due to why you are doing it. |

I wholeheartedly support your endeavor, and may even donate to the war effort, but I must say I am highly disappointed that your demands do not include CCP enforcing it's own rules regarding racial slurs and threats of real life violence and murder. At present, CCP, through it's inaction regarding Sohkar's behavior are showing the community that the TOS sections regarding racial slurs and threats of real life violence against another player do not apply if the victim of your murderous threats is unpopular, or if "they pissed you off."
I find this unacceptable, and humbly ask that you add a demand for justice and equal enforcement of the rules to all players to your list of demands.

I do agree with you on that part. Granted, Sohkar was under duress, but he shouldn't have attacked the others the way he did. All it actually did was show his true immaturity, but he should share the same consequences that were handed down to E1.
This was Sohkar's time in the spotlight. He'll be forgotten soon like a flash in the pan. But, E1 is another story. Nobody really cared about his actions, because it was just another part of life in EVE and some of us were even amused at times by some of the outrageous **** he would come up with. There are limits to what will be tolerated, and bringing a bad light onto a company for your own selfish desires is the line he crossed with CCP.

Sometimes the cage is rattled quite a bit, but never to the point of intentionally causing real world harm to someone else. Regardless of whether or not you believe Sohkar was put through real life torture.. Ero1 was banned for his actions and Sohkar walked. By CCP's own behavior everyone who ever made anyone sing a song over comms is now and should be subject to investigation and possible banning and scrutiny. These are essentially the results of the rules that were recently fabricated to cater CCP's statement and the decision of banning Ero1 for events that took place over a month ago. If we're going to start digging up the past, then everyone should be bound to that, past and present, not just a select few.
There are too many inconsistencies here and CCP's quick fix magic wand trick only made matters worse; like it usually does. I'm not saying that Sohkar didn't have a tough time, nor am I saying that Ero1 is completely blameless. I'm still working on my conclusion of all this, but what I am saying is that Ero1 did not deserve a permanent ban for rules that technically did not exist; let alone Sohkar not receiving any type of punishment whatsoever for what he did on his part.
Furthermore, why aren't we digging up events that took place a month, or two ago? Clearly they fall under the new rules as per Ero1.

The only thing I took from all this is its ok to scam people, racially abuse people and make death threats (and all your petitons will be ignored/laughed at), unless and until someone E famous enough to rouse a mob decides today he wants to get you banned. In the ideal world of Tarojan land, where carebears frolic in the fields without a care in the world would Er1 be unwelcome? absolutely. This isnt Tarojan land though its EVE, you know, the place where its advertised you can scam people?

As a miner, I am ok with this. Blowing up the non-tanked bots means more minerals for me to mine/less competition and blowing up big expensive ships means more demand for my minerals. |
