Recently, The Establishment was contracted to fight alongside the Freelancer Alliance against the Northern Freedom Coalition and its allies. The last week since we came up here, has been a most profitable one for us and one of the most fun we've had in a long time. It has been sometime since many of us in The Establishment actually fought in Alliance sized fleet battles and, it was an excellent opportunity for us to field test our Mothership, both using it directly and indirectly against enemy forces where we could against fleets of this nature. The experience gained here will hopefully help us to use the Nyx more efficiently in the appropriate situations.
This contract however, is alas short-lived and we must announce that we will now be withdrawing from the Deklein region. We believe our employers were however quite satisfied with our performance. Although one can never give any accurate account of value lost, we estimate that The Establishment has looted, destroyed or help destroy anywhere between 3-5bn ISK in value to NFC and its allies, with the odd poor neutral along the way for good measure. This loss includes the destruction of an NFC Thanatos Carrier. Establishment losses were well within acceptable limits.
The Establishment would like to thank NFC for being good sports, I personally cannot really recall any smackfests bar the odd one or two pilots making a comment. We always respect opponents who keep it clean and civil in local. We'd like to thank FLA for giving us the opportunity to fight in this conflict and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with you. FLA themselves performed very well under the circumstances, undaunted that they were outnumbered and fighting all the same and it was a pleasure to fly with some of you.
As a result of the completion of our contract, after we have withdrawn we will be resetting all standings made during this time. This means we will shoot anyone after we leave be it FLA or NFC. We will also be availiable for future contracts should anyone be interested. In the meantime, we intend to continue to develop and hone our tactics with the Mothership on an Alliance near you soon. Yarr!!!!

Ange1, how is the Nyx as a ship? Do you like it?
How many fighters were you able to assign? Any problems or bugs we should be aware of?

Let me put it this way, the fact that Nyx means Primordial Goddess of the Night is so appropriate 
I believe any bugs we've encountered are the same as those that exist for Carriers. There is the issue of the Clone Vat bay skill not being seeded, but I can't recall any major problems.

So, you didn't happen to end up with some fraps footage starring that Nyx, by chance? Tbh about the only ship I can think of where pure one vs one gank vids would be interesting.
Curious about what the damage output looks like "live".

They've nailed 3 blockade runners of mine running high end items through the place they were guarding.
A talented group of Mercs. Even if they are dirty *****'s sons for blowing up my hulk :~)

Sorry Ange1 what would you say is the maximum size of sniper fleet you can use a mothership in without risking to lose it before it can align?
Or is it better used exclusively from safespot?

And about the movie where you fight with it, what does it do?
I know MC got some but since I dont fly them I must admit my
knowledge of what they can do in a direkt battle is limited.
Or very limited, I am a n00b on these ships. There, happy now?!
I know what it can do in theory but I havent been around when
the rest have been playing with what we got so...
Fighters I guess, and clonebays (when that works), refit and then what?
Its not like a dread with heavy offensive weapons right?
I reason for asking is that I cant make it out in the movie
and it also looks like something is shooting/transfering something to it?
Nice to see that you had fun in the north and got use of your expensive HW.

I agree with all my other alliancemates, The Establisment performed very professionally, with skill and dedication.
I guess you could call this a 'happy customer endorsement', even if I didn't actually pay them. :)
Good luck to you guys, where-ever you may roam. I hope we'll get the opportunity to fly together some day again.
