Most alliances don't have repair mods on their standard dread fits.

Focused as in no wasted SP on irrelevant skills, and no it's not 'months away from being allowed in a dread' - maximum 2 months away from Cal V, T2 siege and relevant gunnery at IV/V. I've been in dozens of capital fights on my main with worse skills than that and even got top damage on a few supers, but if you're one of those nerds that won't undock a ship without every possible 1% skill at V then sux2bu but don't **** up my thread thanks. |

It literally lacks a ton of mod skills, It would take me 2-3 months to have it fit to a reasonable level.
