Now ive sobered upish,i still want an answers.
Do FIX condone piracy and why is one of there members at least 25 jumps and not defending there turf.

Actual answer: If you are in a few limited areas(original post deleted), FIX operates with an NBSI policy. I cant post specifics but I'm sure if you'd like to contact one of our leaders in game or if they stop by here I'm sure they will be happy to explain.

Shooting someone non-blue in 0.0 isn't piracy.
If it was, everyone in the entire game would be a pirate

This isn't the first time someone has been ganked in pf-346, and it won't be the last. You of all people should know this. You've done your fair share of the ganking.

I find it quiet amusing that people who donĘt especially enjoy PVP call others who PVP in 0.0 pirates! It brings a warm feeling in my belly, and yes I have plenty of belly
