8.7M SP character. Vast majority of skills are in gunnery. All support gunnery skiils (except advanced weapon upgrades) are at lvl 5 as is small projectiles.
Also has Minmatar Frigates & Spaceship Command 5 with a full set of +3 implants (except Charisma).
Currently maxing hull/armour/cap skills.

1.5bill would be a reasonable price for this character in my opinion.
If you keep her 'pure' minmatar that would keep some roleplay peeps interested and might increase the price.
