All pirate faction ships require skills from one empire or another, that doesn't make them representative of that empires traditional fleet. I don't think you'd get far mounting blasters on your Cynabal or Dramiel.

I never said to fit blasters on Angel ships, I was just saying they need gallente spaceship command
