I don't see anything here about them being put back into game after being disabled the first time.
Everyone knows they were in to begin with, are they BACK? If so, what's your source of information?

They are back, our sources are hands-on with implants.
No doubt the official news service will follow up in time.

The link you provided just says the rumors of them existing have been confirmed, which is no news.

WTF dude? Have a go? What are you talking about?
The news item on EG said "implants exist." We've known this for some time now - it wasn't clear at all whether they had been "reintroduced" after being taken out; all I wanted to do was clarify the ambiguity and make sure they were "back" and that EG wasn't simply reporting old news. Is this really that terrible?
Maybe you don't do news because you're WAY too sensitive about things and read offense where there is none? Jesus.

Actually, I've seen one for sale in the npc market. Three were listed, one was for sale, for 30 million isk. It boosted intelligence 3 points.

i don t want to give advice, but:
think --> code --> test --> recode --> implement on live.
ccp decided to skip steps 1 to 4 with implants.
it has not got testet at all.
they give a much too high boost in comparision to skills.
they are handed out much too frequently, for realy crappy missions. (oh, i know that a lot of missions are being done at the moment. wine for the implant industry...)
now the damage has been done and can t be restored.
imho, this addition of new "content" is only marginally better than with the famous bps.
roll back. (honest wish, wont happen, i know)
