It is looks as bad joke, but reload all doesn't work for me. I.e. sometimes it wokrs, sometimes not. And it is not very funny to have infront of yoour big and fat ship which restore shield/armor while you are trying to reload your missiles(in my case). And reload time is SUBSTANTIALLY GREATER than 10 secs Please,do smth with this issue. I amtired to load tons of my ammo just because simple system is bugged.

Seconded.
It works with neither the mouse menu command nor the keyboard shortcut, and it doesn't matter weather you've got a target locked or not. The weapon icons just start blinking, and keep blinking forever. Opening the cargo bay and manually dragging a piece of ammo onto the weapon will cause it to reload, but even after it's finished loading the icon just keeps blinking. The only way to fix it is to dock.
Unfortunately, this is such a BLATANTLY obvious and obnoxious bug that I have to believe it only affects a very tiny percentage of the user base, since otherwise CCP would surely have noticed and repaired it by now.

I can't say I've experienced this bug myself, how long has it been since you've done a clean install of Eve? ----------------------------------------------- Hard work MAY pay off later, but procrastination always pays off now! |

Can't confirm this either. Ctrl + R works like a charm for me, and I'm using it quite regularly. |

Most likely, bad connection to the server. I had encountered the similar problem recently when my ISP did some nasty "service works". Also, my ship could shoot forever without running out of ammo (and doing any harm to an opponent, too ). Looks like it is related to ISP/connection issues, not the game itself.

Just deinstalled and reinstalled Eve, and the problem doesn't seem to have gone away.
It's wierd; "reload all" obviously has SOME effect, since the guns do start blinking. They just never complete the reloading cycle. Connection lag doesn't seem to have anything to do with when the bug strikes; I can still maneuver and turn other modules on and off without problems.
I almost suspect it's a problem with the client itself getting bogged down on my machine. I don't want to pull a correlation = causation fallacy, but the bug DOES seem to be most likely to hit right when you're in a big fleet battle and the framerate's getting a little choppy. My CPU and memory are great, and I keep only the bare minimum of processes running in the background, but my video card is a bit of a weak link. It's a geforce FX 5600XT that cost me $80 a year and a half ago.
How about you, Mimio; have you experienced any slow framerates when the reload bug hits?

I've had this happen to me before, i think its just an miscommunication between the Client and Server, i hit Reload all, then my guns blink, but nothing happens, i hit reload all againg but i cant because my client says im already reloading. The only way i fouind to fix this was to manually unload all to cargo then drag and drop ammo into thier icons, that fixed the prob and this has only happened to me once.
Another similar problem happened with my armor repper, i turned it on then turned it back off when it activated because i only wanted to run one cycle, but it was stuck in active mode even though the icon was flashing red (waiting to deactivate) and when it flashes red u cant do anything with it. So the only way to fix that was to let my capacitor empty then it turned itself off. Not sure if these are related but they happened around the same time.

Sometimes i have the same problem. Most times this will happen when you reload one bay and do at the other bays a reload all.
When it won't end the blinking do a reload on every blinking bay.. that will help to get reloaded in 10 secs.
