I mine now and I have a idea for all miners ;)
You can add a billboard on each belt for see a movie of concord which shoot the bad guy or make a EvE TV Channel :)

When Concord ganks someone for whatever reason, I'd like to see a playback like it was a promo for Concord. It would be fun to see those suicide gankers getting ripped apart even though you know it was planned. I'd also like to see them rip open a noob when they make a mistake. We've all done it and got ganked by Concord for it at some stage. Even a bit of RP like news reports of events pref with a bit of sound if you get in close similar to the weapons on the ship that get louder if you zoom in close.

What about those of us stuck on dialup? I dont want to be stuck lagging out 15 minutes while I load a 20 second video clip of someone's ship being blown up

Low quality streaming. (Billboard are not very big)
Yes, with an option for low connexion. The Billboards are beautiful and they aren't used :(
When you have a strip miner or ice harvester, you make another thing on the PC. With this, you keep on EvE for see the TV ;)
