Looking for a character specifically trained into JUST being able to fly either !!Amarr!! or !!Gallente!! command ships, if you dont have the weapon skills for it for whatever reason just knock it off the price.
TL;DR:
What im looking for:
Able to sit in a command ship
Potentially suitable weapon skills
Mediocre Support skills, would be nice if at least around Level 3
What im not looking for:
Skillpoints spread in others place needlessly driving up the price.
Dont want it to be able to sit in a t3 (that's why im not asking for a loki pilot) which would drive up the price ridiculously.

Didnt work out with LT, still looking, just to clarify, im asking for ONLY the ability to be able to SIT in a command ship. Anything else is extra which i AM willing to pay, just depending on how much youre asking. |

Since people are probably thinking that Im just looking for a lowball, Ill announce a budget and say what I think is worth what, Im open to criticism.
BAREBONES Command Ship character (able to sit in one and mediocre support skills) roughly 5bil. This is roughly 150 days.
I will take above that but we will have to discuss the extras, I have more Isk than that, I just wanna get my ISK worth. T2 Weapons for appropriate Command Ship would be roughly 180 days max. I am willing to go quite a bit higher for this. |

Since noone seems to have a barebones character, I am now willing to pay ~8bil for a character something like this:
Amarr or Gallente(preferably) Command Ship capabilities.
Respective T2 weapon capabilities.
T2 armor mod capabilities.
At least level 3 support skills.
Covops cloak capability.
Scanning capability.
Being able to sit in a T3 wouldnt hurt, but by no means necessary. |
