This rat is just truly overpowered comparing it to anything else, please increase it's bounty or remove the thermal dmg as it in my opinion differs too much from the rest of the angel rats.

I don't have any problems with Saints (dual spawns too)... using rails too. (+ drones)

With a bounty of 1.1 trillion it should be a little hard to kill.

Likewise I don't have problems fighting it, but thats not the issue as such. Its difficulty is a little out of proportion considering its just a 1.1m isk rat. I take out 1.4m isk rats with more ease than the Saints, and take less damage in the process.

So you all find angel saints to be easier than seraphims/cherubims/thrones/malakims?
Imo, it goes throne(easiest) malak/saint sera.

As a Caldari Shield tanker I find the Saint delivers alot of damage compared to its higher end peers.
I pop cherubims like zits compared to Saints.

The Trashers also seem to be doing far too much damage.
PRoposal to fix blobbing and make Charisma useful.

EDIT: BTW, I usually NPC in a passive-tanked raven, though I sometimes use an AC tempest or even a sniper tempest. I have no problems using any of 'em. -Wrayeth

Thx for those giving advice on ratting, but that wasnt what i was asking for.
What im saying is that this rat in comparison is unbalanced towards the other angel rats. Nothing more, nothing less.

I have to totally agree with you here. The saint is the hardest of all angels to kill, and is only 1.1m. I think 2m would be a more fitting bounty for it.

Unlike other NPC rats Angels have always done more than 2 types of damage, some of them even all four types at the same time (this got changed a patch or two ago though, should be three types now). This is by design. Adapt or die.

Sable Moran obviously hasnt quite mastered reading comprehension level 1 . Im glad all people dont have your forward thinking attitude sable or wed all still be playing pacman !

Well, what i meant from my post is that 'damage done' wise, no, the bounty is fine, its just that i tank expl and invuns on my tempest, so its high em output hurts me, but thats my own fault.
They dont take too long to kill either, but as i cant tank for as long, it may seem like they die slower.
All in all, no they are ok for their bounty, but due to them doing strange damages compared to the other high level rats, they seem harder.

to be honest most of the rats ingame are way ot easy (we need actually more sub classes of harder ones to mix things up)
The angels ofc u can setup to take em out or take a friend like cosmos and some missions they arent meant to be simple chainable farmable resources there needs to be some risk (and CCP are all for designing smart NPCs)
So all i can say in a nice way is adapt or die.

You gotta look at it two ways. If your shield tanking in a ship that cant shield tank a whole lot (tempest) your gonna take damage from multiple damage rats since you cant equip ungodly amounts of hardeners, it reflects minmatar ammo types that deal 3 damage types (EMP L or Depleted Uranium come to mind).
So if your tactic fails, maybe switch to an armor tank and suffer a new loadout, because your current loadout isnt working. Or ignore that particular rat, or last but not least, keep the extra hardeners needed in your hangar, dock and reequip, then kill. Theres no need to give a bit more cash for a rat that really doesnt deal all that much damage, just a different type of damage.

Take a friend corp mate or alliance mate NPCing ? fit drones that do a third damage type. That could work (fly a hybrid ship) might be slightly less effective or change hardeners (get a corp or alliance POS with refitting facilities in the system)
Options available u need to look into em i think - an idea tho multi resistant hardeners 2 of the 20% across all types ones should help
