Alright, I'm new, and I'm interested in trying pretty much every aspect of the game. I'm about a week away from a mining barge, and my corp has several guys willing to run lowsec escort as well, so we've got a secure source of income and/or minerals to build.
So now I'm interested in manufacturing our stuff so we don't have to constantly go out and find the best price, etc, etc.
But I don't really know how.
All I know to do right now is A) Buy a blueprint, and B) Find a station with a factory......but after that......
Help? Please?
Thanks guys! Sig removed, please keep it below 24000 bytes, email [email protected] if you have any questions - Xorus |

My guide should cover all the info about research and applicable skills.

Thanks, that guide really did help. I'm now 4000 tungsten smalls richer!
Figured that with the cost of manufacturing (mined all minerals myself, so I didn't pay any money for that) I saved 23k isk (Buying would cost me 39x what the manufacturing did) on 4k small charges. I'll be doing this more often now. Sig removed, please keep it below 24000 bytes, email [email protected] if you have any questions - Xorus |

Don't be fooled into thinking manufacturing is costing nothing just because you mined the minerals yourself.
Calculate what it would have gained or lost you to sell the minerals and buy the ammo. If you would have gained some isk by selling mineral and buying ammo instead, you actually made a loss by manufacturing them yourself. If it would have cost more to buy them, you made a profit.
Although, on the other hand, it is more gratifying to know that you manufactured them yourself.

Mom 'n' pops ammo shoppe. Delivering ammo the fastest way each of us know how.
For most of its out the barrel of a gun, some however deliver ammo via "factorys" puh. ---------------------------

I did, still about 15x the cost if I were to buy instead of make.

true if you mine the mins then you should count for time mining/ship/equip but if you are npc's or mission running then the cheap mods that you recycle give min's for free which you can either sell for each isk or use for ammo
