I'm just curious if any of Devs or ISD, other staff, etc. ever post on discussion boards with the characters they actually play? Maybe do a little arguing about game issues, mechanics, fittings, politics, and all that?
No need to say who your main(s) are, just if you do or not, and about how often. And please, no posting from regular players claiming to be Oveur. Any shmuck can do that and this thread doesn't need useless spam.

I know that you can't become a mod if you have more than 5 warnings or so...so I suspect if you got past that, they'd kick you out of the Mod Squad long before you'd have to ban yourself.
Bit of trivia: I was once strongly considering becoming a mod, although I was quite torn between CRC and AURORA.
About three or four warnings later, it's not much of an issue -------- Tom Thumb > for a nut case you rawk [04:21:15] Mebrithiel Ju'wien > Nik's bio 4tw btw [07:38:53] Graelyn > Nikolai for Dev 108!

Last time I checked my main had about 1 post per day. So active, but not Dark shikari active.
I usualy post with my main on topics relating to my corp. I've also posted a few times when I've disagreed with CCP on issues with my main and even posted some threads that recived a large number of reads.
However, once you start looking over the forums you'll stop posting with your main and become somone who watches rather than takes part.
Except in these threads, time for another sig hijack?

Unless you're like me and have no problem with having multiple personalities . I still post now and then with my main. In fact, I find that it helps find things to moderate if I post on my main. I just post and read the threads and then occasionally I come across something that needs moderated. Then my general reaction is "aww for *$&% sake..." and I go sort it out. It also helps to be reading the forum regularly in case someone decides to suddenly spam the place up or something.
Once, I wrote a post with my main, read it and realised that it needed moderating, then logged into Teblin and moderated my own post . Capsicum makes fun of me for that .

and there you have it ladies and gentlemen. proof that ccp are starting to clone their mods and release them into the player base
so have any of you posted with your mod/dev char instead of your main? eg ure having a "discussion" over a topic you feel strongly about, run off to do some modding/dev work then come back for a fast reply and forget ure still in mod/dev mode? or do u mop it up real quick and delete ure own post?
