I just inherited six original blueprints from a friend that quit the game. I would like to sell them because I will never use them but it says I must repackage before selling. Repackaging is not an option that I am given. Is there a reason I can't repackage these BPO's? I have another friend who has been in the game much longer than I and he could not repackage them either. Thanks.

I believe you can only sell BPOs (along with BPCs) on Escrow, and not the market, as a result of this. You might want to try there (keep in mind, if they're researched, they are worth more than if they aren't, so factor that into your pricing  )

you can't repackage BPO's. nobody can, its simple as that.
they must be sold directly or on escrow, once they are used or researched.

How do I tell if they have been researched? I have only been playing four weeks so I am a noob, lol.

Worth nothing relative to what? At my level 2.5mil for a Merlin Blueprint is a significant amount.

well haven't looked at the base price, but if the Merlin BPO has like 10 or 15 points of ME, I'd bet you could get 5m for it at least.
but I could be wrong.
