Got a 18% lvl3 agents, 31 missions suceeded, 3 failed so far. From these 31 around 15-20 were made in the time the agents gave implants. Recieved none so far.
Who many normal missions are "usually" between implants missions? And what is the mission text/decription of implant missions which is saying you you are getting an implant after than one?

... In the one mission which gave me implant that i've encountered so far, the agent was talking about "a very special reward" he'd have for me if i bring the stuff he wants. In the mission details, the implant was listed as the main reward, with 20k bonus if i complete the mission quickly.
Note there was some slight error in mission description -- it'd ask for certain volume of ammo to be brought. The exact amount was listed in the mission objectives.

Dont worry, the other day i got 3 implants.
Today im on my 18th mission with no implant :(

I too have an Awesome rated agent but after 28 missions no implants. Got my social skill to lvl 3 and the next mission I did I got an implant. Hope this info helps, then again it might mean nothing.

Odds and statistics!
If you have a x% chance of getting an implant mission, some people are going to get very lucky, some people are going to get very unlucky. Going many missions without an implant just means you are in the second category right now. Keep at it!

Think it's all related to alot of things really.
Mainly the fact that you need to have a certain faction rating to the NPC corp, being best buddies with the agent, and have a number of missions done for him/her.
I got a +10 standing to my lvl 3, and 6.0 to the corp (awesome +18 agent), I get implant missions every 2nd or 3rd or so...:)
There is always the Bribe option

Could very well be. I was quite close to the 6.0 and suddenly I got 2 implants missions - exactly the same - after each other. Then I have a mission which should get me another agent, which was interupted by the downtime.

My rating was very low to corporation when i got my level 3 agent (different corp than the one i worked for level 1 and 2 agents), yet i get 2 implants very fast (in first 8 missions).
Since then it has been dry.

I scored my first implant from my "good" level 3 agent after 20 missions. Standing was "6" throughout. (I had pre-bribed to max before starting out).
Agent's corp was therefore (very good) and agents faction (gallente) was Excellent (9.10)
Only change over the 20 missions was a steady increase in Agent's personal standing to me ... went from average to excellent.
The implant drop came from a standard sounding mission (collect some Nuclear L ammo.
For the record i have charisma 14 and Social 5.

I got my implant at 3.0 standing.
Agent is 'Awesome (agent +15%, standing +9%)'

Are you still getting implants then?
If so, why does the 'updates' page say that they have taken them out 'temporarily' due to an exploit? (been there a few days now)
Where was the 'update' saying that they have put them back in 
aahhhh

ahh, confused me.
It does seem a bit crap to use one place to say they have been taken out, and a completly different place to say they are now back in.

Would there be any difference between agents of real pharmaceutical corps like Poteque and a more military oriented corp like Federal Navy

I'm only on my 2nd level agent.
I've compared her contacts with my best lvl 1's contacts but they're both exactly the same. 8 level 2 contacts with varying quality.
How many missions for a 2nd level agent before she refers you to a level 3?

Yes, got 3 lvl3 agents from my lvl2 between mission 50 - 70.
