The Trader's Lounge is over a year old, starting as just a chat channel #Trader's Lounge which served food, refreshments (alcoholic and non), hats and cigars. After some time, a forum emerged, and has been growing ever since.
Our mission goal, is to improve and strengthen the trading community. Help like minded business men and women, meet interact, and form profitable relationships.
The pub is the heart of the Trader's Lounge, here you may find, discussion and conversation. Alongside is the noticeboard, and recruitment forum. We are also happy to open more forums for those wishing to to join our growing number of corporations that have a public forum at the Trader's Lounge.
Please feel free to drop by, say hello, tell a joke, start a discussion, list your IPO, find a corporation, advertise a corporation ...... or what ever you feel.
NB these forums also work ingame. |

Our site host has been busy and done some tweaks to the website. To help keep things better secured, all new registrations now need to be done from within game. Existing members can validate their account ingame by visiting this link with the ingame browser.

Dont post, but have been reading the forums over at the traders lounge for a long while now - often a lot of good ideas floating around, I'd definately reccomend the site for those interested in this aspect of eve.

namaqua, try to register Ingame. (same link)
For security reasons we prefer if you register ingame.
If you still have problems send an evemail to Masu'di
or Conan Valkov, they are the site admins.
Note:the trader's lounge works entirely ingame too.

I checked it out, not bad, but IMHO a 3rd party site that requests registration through IGB using "trusted" isn't going to work in the long term. In a way that does show as your site is still pretty inactive though it has been around for some time.
Have a look at scrapheap-challenge.com and see how active they are, partly because they do not require IGB registration. I can understand the potential reasons for wanting trusted IGB registration, but you are looking at the result of that "feature".

Thank you, all feedback is good.
We we're primarily a Trader's social site (and still are, somewhere nice to get away from all the WTS/WTB stuff). The Daikoku Trade Syndicate was born there so some serious business came of it too.
We like to keep the IGB trusted site thingie as it adds a level of security and makes it easier to manage for those corps that reside there. One of a few systems in place to stop all those damn spam bots.
Anyhow, feel free to hang around if you like and maybe come visit our "Trader's Academy" channel too. We love having more experienced traders there. Help a new pilot make his first million.
