i'm looking for a new alt. i don't have a ton of isk to spend, but i can justify spending between 5 and 7 billion if it's a really good toon. please note i don't want a generic tengu toon - i'm looking for an alt, and by nature they generally have some variety to their skills than what ratbots need.
for ship races, i'd prefer gallente and minmatar, then caldari, then amarr. of course, if you've got a good interesting toon, i'm interested - post it up =)
i'd like some or all of the following:
-one racial BS-class weapon to V (not heavy drones)
-one BC to V
-one cruiser to V
-exploration skills
-one frigate to V (covops a huge plus)
big bonus if one of these is there:
-logi IV or V
-T2 sentries
-HACs
-T2 large hybrids and gallente BC V
-covops cyno capable
-fleet boosting of any kind
things i don't need
-production
-capitals
-freighters
-mining
-trade

Hi
I have some of the stuff you want.
I am your preferred Gallente. I have Frig and Cruiser at 5, ready for whatever T2 or T3 skills you want to expand into. No drone skills but I have outstanding Blaster skills.
Also as you wish, I have no production, capitals, freighters, mining or trade. Pure combat only. Also I have no corp history and at least one remap.
Anyway, have a look and see if I'm worth 7b to you.

definitely not 7b, of course - under 11m SP, a complete lack of nav skills outside of Navigation (not even afterburner?!), and missing some other important skills (great gunnery supports but no weapon upgrades? drones V but no scout/combat drone skills, even to I? nothing for rigging, no electronics, no cloak, no cap systems V, no armor comps, not even the BC book injected, targeting not to V).
that's a clean look, though, and it's sure nice to see such attention paid to gunnery (although i'd have done traj analysis before controlled bursts, since tracking beats everything, and i'd have injected the railgun spec books).
10m SP is roughly 6 months of training, so figure in the 3b range for PLEX if you trial'd your subscription. such attention to specialization is awesome, and i'd have to assume based on your SP that you haven't remapped prior to the one you're on, leading me to believe you've still got two remaps and maybe 6 months until your next one. with that in mind, i'd say a bid in the 4.5-5b range is definitely fair. plus she's got a decent portrait and the name and corp history is good. would you still be interested in that?
boy, plex costs really demolished this being a good industry for low-level alts. i thought i'd be swamped in toons.

you have zero t2 weapons, skills, and only a few t2 mods. i have no interest paying a premium for a starter toon that has nothing started, sorry. and i totally would have paid extra for the panache if he was any good, too =(

sorry, but his skills are a bit haphazard. cal cruiser V but no T2 medium weapons of any kind, a lot of industry skill i don't want, etc.

I realize you're not just looking for a generic tengu alt but this toon has been a fantastic isk making alt of mine if you know what you're doing and comfortable leaving it in the right region.

Well in fairness it's not just a generic tengu alt :P It has other skills, notably exploration and standings for pirate faction lvl 4 missions!

haha, i did! if i was looking for a new main, the standings and stuff might matter, but i haven't looked at standings for an alt in years. i don't really need missions to find my gameplay anymore. there's far more lucrative opportunities out there that aren't so boring.

thanks for the info. you'd think i've never bought or sold a toon through here before.
oh, wait.
people are more interested in isk that diplomacy. if i'm offering to buy their toon, they'll forget any butthurt that i may have given to random other spamming toons they've never heard of. not to mention that frank assessment of character skills is something that some people pay for, and not really worthy of getting angry over. if you're selling a pvp toon and they don't have afterburner trained, why would i be interested? if i say that i don't want a generic tengu alt and someone posts a generic tengu alt, sorry, i'm probably not interested =P it's not me being a jerk, it's me being open about what i'm looking for, so i don't waste someone else's time posting. that's easy enough.
edit: is replying to other toons posting in my thread considered bumping? that seems pretty crazy. how else are people supposed to know if a WTB is still valid or not if i have to wait a day to respond?
