To fill you in with the way this started. Im obviously a manufacturing based character. after setting up a decent line of punishers and making my first 10mill in eve i get a mail

Kindly Quit Sinking the market price of the punisher, ive been selling that frig in mista for months now at 260k, up your price to 260

He's going to have to declare war on a lot more people than that if he wants to up the Punisher market. The Parrots have been churning Punishers and Rifters at 250 for awhile, and we're not even the best deal in town.

That is /cute/. You dont ever need to leave station to manufacture frigs, not even once, so he's pretty buggered - especially as he will have to sink like 100 punishers of profit into a wardec fee!

If I were to make a guess, I'd say he's part of a price-fixing ring. Him and some buddies make sure to all sell at the same price so they can maximize their profit...but then you move in and ruin their racket. Of course, in this case, he seems too dim to figure out a way to actually do anything.
