Well...to be honest....I think it needs to trim its arse hair.
The spiky bits coming out the back are wayyy to long. Looks silly.
The rest is good though.

IMHO, and that hasn't changed ina long time, it would look much more streamlined without the two big bottom towers. And move the thrusters up into the center of Gravity.

Apoc is butt-ugly no matter what skin you smack on it... sorry. Probably a clear contender for "Ugliest ship in EVE awards 2006"

the exact same thing came to mind when i first saw it xD
another thing i think it needs is more armour plates
it's suposed to be really well-armoured and sturdy with plates covering most of the important spots, on the pictures you see alot more of the structure then the stuff thats suposed to cover it

Why couldn't the dark grey "structure" really be armor? Maybe there is a rationing of gold paint and they can't paint the whole thing.
