Thanks for posting in my WTB thread.
I think this pilot is not well enough trained across the races to satisfy my client.
However, I would be willing to make a bid on this char anyhow, and in the process also give you my personal opinion on your price evaluation: its too high.
If you had come to me looking for an appraisal, I'd have told you that given your skills, the current meta, and the status of the market, your char is probably worth 20-25b, so an 18b offer isn't worth getting upset over, IMO.
If you rethink your pricing (and when your thread gets unlocked for too many bumps / duplicate threads), feel free to message me so I might clarify why I would appraise you at this value.

Thanks for respond.
I am in no hurry to sell the char.
So no repraisel is needed. This is busniess, and in business there is strategy and negotiations.
But, 18bill offer is not serious. The char is way better then that.
But, if you will make a B/O offer of 25bill, i will seriously concider it.
