Support of ASCN during their invasion of Paragon Soul 2. Use of their positive standings to spy on our positions and relay them to ASCN 3. Removing Tribal Souls docking rights in POS stations in Esoteria 4. Attempting to hire merc corps against Tribal Souls In light of these actions we have no choice but to set POS to negative standings. We're already fighting 4000... may as well make it a few more while the fun lasts. Bjoern Bitter Tribal Souls Diplomat

Or do you just have shares in a Tech 2 nail factory because you seem to have a never ending supply of the things for your own coffin.... In resoponse to these unfounded allagations, 1. Helping ASCN, well if you think that is the case then there is no convincing anyone. ASCN and TRIBE have had NPC and docking rights in POS held stations for the last 6 months. If failing to support TRIBE in this avoidable war that was caused by your own egos,is supporting ASCN, then guilty on that charge. I saw this war coming for weeks, and it is unfortunate that I was unable to persuade TRIBE to negotiate rather than threaten. 2. Use of our positive standings to spy? Well seeing you are unable to give us names then what can I do. We have not been spying on either side, nor would we wish to. 3. As for the removal of docking rights, this is an out and out lie. You know you could dock still to remove your posessions, I went out of my way to arrange this for you. At the time of your posting all TRIBE corps that you told me about still had 7.5 standing. Well you have lost docking rights now. 4. If asking a corp how much they cost is attempting to hire them then that is just laughable. If I wanted to hire a merc corp I would spend more than just pocketchange, the accusation that I would spend 100 million on a 20 member corp is insulting. I will leave it there on that matter.... Well all I can say to this now is that all the TRIBE corps with applications in to POS can pull them immediately because there is no chance I am processing any of them now. I am frankly disgusted that this has been brought to the forums in this manner, but your choice is very clear.

This is my own opinion has nothing to do with policy not made by me nor with diplomatical efforts weather or not made. P.s. I have respected your systems not to pvp in. most my stuff is out including capitalships. Thanks for your hospitality. Let me clear some things up, 1) I do not have sour taste in my mouth from when i was in STC, i have a sour taste on what the allience did to Bloodspoon and myself, basicly making us outcasts becuase of the "m0ooo" that was going on. In different contacts with them, they told a different story about who their target was. First it was SE, then TS, and finaly ASCN. (Obvious liars) Finaly, in convo with them, I asked what thier weekly fee was (making small talk). After he informed me that it was a 100mil, I chuckled at the "bargain" price and then informed him that his corp (EXONIMO) was KOS. A copy of this convo is available by request. On a personal note, why would POS hire a small-ish merc corp to hit an ally we had at +7.5? An for that matter, Why would a +7.5 ally not even ask us about any of these outrageous accusations in private?!? We share an ingame channel and out of game forum created ESPECIALLY for these kinds of issues? Mind boggling. Heres the only theory I can fathom: TS have decided that they are finished in the south, in order to save some face they decide that they need to appear as if the entire south has turned against them. In order gfor this to happen, they fabricate a few bogus excuses and set POS to -10 with a blind-siding forum post. I know its somewhat far-fetched, but its the best reason anything resembling logic will apply to. Game ON! P.S. The Corps wishing to join POS requested to remain annomymous.

I can only comment upon the personal experience that I've had with Fatex, and not their past, nor their relations with TS. Fatex has been with FIX for some time now, since well before the situation between TS & ASCN blew up. They've been steadfast, they work with FIX as a team, and they don't moan about problems.. they do what they can to help overcome them. I can't speak for them in matters from the past, but I do know that I'm proud to have them along side us in FIX. I don't know how long you've been away from TS, but perhaps some of your information is out of date. Ex-JCoS, Ex-Diplomat, Ex-Councilor, Ex-CEO (posts no longer represent Firmus Ixion)

I do not like the Fatex lot thats why I left, and 1 reason why were in smash to kill kill kill. But being honest when the main pvp force of STC left (the leaders of it at least) and then Fatex left (they were not uber as they once thought but at least was willing to fight and for that I pat them on the back) but the smaller corps have no real might and as such it's time for TS to fall. I'm very sad of that STC is falling but like all the corps I've been in they all have a life line and it appears STC is nearlng the end of it's life or entering a part of sleep. So enjoy your new corps and make sure that the wealth is spread out and not taken by just a few like I think will happen.
