That is what it said about stuck petition.. I have now been stuck 3hours of my 5hours of playtime that I get at weekends. So the question is how many are stuck and how many are working on it ? 1 person can maybe get 10 ppl unstuck in 1hour... I suggest CCP get more ppl working on problems during peek online hours |

"1 person can maybe get 10 ppl unstuck in 1hour... " 6 min/char? They can't be that slow even when they check if you're stuck, what system, dest system, bla bla etc. I'd say 60+/hour.

So less than 1min/post ? open post, read post, check where the guy/gal started there trip and move them there.(to avoid exploits as they said) You have to be very fast to do that.

Excellent idea.
Who's volunteering to spend all saturday evening unsticking the rest of us so that we can play?
......nobody? Shame. Oh well.
Who's willing to pay an extra $10 a month so that CCP can get enough from their royalties to hire people at double-time to spend all weekend unsticking us so we can play?
.....nobody? Ah. Bit of a problem there, then.

Part time workers during weekends or evenings GMT should be fine, just train them first. This should not be to expencive.

I don't think that would work. $10 can be split up, so much for the shop that sold it, so much for the publishers, so much in expenses, and some small quantity left over that represents the developer's actual profit. Girlfriends might object to being chopped up into small pieces, and besides, who gets the interesting bits?

ROFL!
Yahe, but that could sound like I have to actually bribe them on top of my regular subscription cost, to be able to play this. Besides there is always someone willing to take their customer base off their hands for that $12.95, the market is unforgiving.

That is not the issue. The issue is fixing people getting stuck in the first place. People were getting stuck in beta. People have been getting stuck through 4 months of retail. Come on CCP, can you fix this or not. This is the biggest damn issue in the game and if anything it gets worse as time goes on. Folks can put up with a lot of things, lord knows they have. However, logging on to play and having to spend considerable time staring at a black screen is just inexcusable at this point in time. If you can't fix it, and this is going to be like this forever, come out and tell us already.
I'm sure I don't speak for everyone but I've just about had it with deleting my cache and prefs.ini three or four times a day also.

I'd join Polaris except they wouldnt want me. Im part of their 'vocal minority' that is VERY vocal about expressing my views when I believe they get it wrong. Annoing, don't you know? They want people who play 10 minutes a day so they don't notice the GLARINGLY OBVIOUS bugs that prevent any sort of sustained gameplay. Because those people don't use the "Cancel Subscription" option . _______________________________________________________________________

basically it's all very simple, we are paying customers that pretty much are not getting what's being advertised by CCP...Eve is full of promise, but right now that's all it is. Leaving people stuck for hours just because it's the weekend is no excuse. This is a 24/7 service and as such there should be a full staff monitoring it at all times. Pay more so that they can hire more staff? Excuse me? I think not. The subscription costs and CD sales (in Holland it costs 40 euros per CD) of all the people playing eve (10k+?) should be more than enough to pay for decent amounts of staff. I will be staying, but that's only because I was stupid enough to get a 6 month subscription and I'll be damned if I'll let them keep my money for nothing, but if something doesn't change soon I most likely will not be renewing my account come january. I apologize for dumping my frustrations on you all but lately things have just gone way off course.
