What are the skills i need to make these babys own? Apart from cruiser 4 and amarr battleship 2, what else do i need to improve on?

Engineering - Energy Management, Energy Systems Operation, Energy Grid Upgrades & Engineering (Energy Emission Systems)
Gunnery - Basically alll support-skills + laser specs ofc
Mechanic - Mechanic, Repair Systems & Hull Upgrades (Compensations-skill is good to have as well)
Navigation - Navigation, Evasive Maneuvering & Warp Drive Operation (High Speed Maneuvering, Afterburners, Acceleration Control & Fuel Conservation aren't bad to have either)
Everything @ lvl 5 preferably  ______________________

Drone skills are great for NPC'ing - when you need to do damage other than thermal and em. 5 heavy drones in a geddon can dish out some great kenetic and explosive damage.

Basically you really need Amarr BS 4, Large Enegy 4 gunnary skills at 4 etc.. etc.. etc.. but the more you have at 5 the better.
Also check my sig for a more comprihensive skill guide for the apoc. to quote.
