on the advice of the EmfI manager who was watching this auction (also has bids of course)
I think we shall proceed differently from now on, to avoid peoples feelings getting hurt.
the 15 blocks have been distributed chronologically, if you now bid on shares at higher prices your bid will get appointed to the MOST RECENTLY appointed block that you offer more isk for.
therefore the 4x 325 will be appointed to 15,13,10,9

I'm very sorry to be a pain but my bid has now dropped off the bottom even though I bid before most people. I know it will probably make little difference in the long run but others bids of 310 that were made after mine are still standing, :)

Biffco, you were absolutely correct, it has been corrected. Femintaki is next up on the execution stand ^^
Nimie : yes they invested 2 bil, back then I only needed that for a quick jumpstart, they took an immense risk doing it given the absolutely zero guarantees I gave, and yes, they have almost made their money back x10 if you look ath current prices for the shares. When the stocksplit happened, I gave them their same percentage of shares as they had before. I figured it was only fair.
Now if you want to go and claim that they are all my alts, look them up first and see that they come from all over EVE, if it still doens't satisfy, I bid you to go and sour up my thread in market discussion, this is a sales thread, and if you disrupt it in any way, I will have you removed.

and to think I implemented this rule to not hurt anyone's feelings.
I was pretty clear though, the higher bid will take priority over the MOST RECENTLY APPOINTED LOT that the higher bid beats.
now begone, MC doesnt need more money anyway.
Chingon I havent looked there yet, but it could be the shares from Skydragoon / mortanius, one of the original owners.... I'll go check it out

Well I just looked at EGSE, and there are no sell orders up.
I just asked acess to EGSE in order to be able to facilitate shares sales should these auctions fail to meet reserves; and to facilitate trading between all the future speculants, thanks to their excellent patent.
satisfactory answer?

Wouldn't it make better business sense to have it remove the lowest, oldest bid?
That would be both fair and more profitable for you
but i guess you know better as people are collectivly investing billions in you, so you must know what your doing

I appologize, I gave Stingy advice how to run this (the outbidding) and I was very unclear in my directions.. I refrased to him what I meant:
"a higher bid will replace, of ALL the bids at the lowest price, the youngest."
I hope this makes more sense :P

my original investors know about the EGSE, and it it not illegal for them to sell at the same times as me you know...
however if they did do something, then it should show up at the EGSE graph tbh, and there still are 0 shares traded so far on it.
People we are currently redeliberating how to sort out this problem, and what is most fair to everyone. I already offer my apologies to the MC guy. We shall see how to solve this soon, stop spamming about 'omg i lost shares joo suck' for a moment please.

after talking it over again with the Emfi manager we decided that Demitri was right... almost
he suggested that the new higher bid should prevail over the lowest, oldest bid.
I have effectuated it thus : the new higher bid prevails over the lowest, YOUNGEST bid.
I think it is most fair that way to the customers.
