can i destroy sec containers from my war targets without loosing sec status?
they are anchored in high sec belts. |

Yes you can, but even small containers take alot to blow them up.
It will prob cost you more in ammo, than the value of the container  (unless your using lasers)

in my last corp/alliance we went to the home station of our war targets and blew up the can spam they had out side for fun

Putting up spam containers in Ubar will get you a wardec from my corp.
