this morning i reiceived a bill of 40 euro.
i cheked the bill:
20 euro from my credit card for " eve online services"
and another 20 euro from my credit card for " eve online services"
wtf? how can this be? im paying with game time codes as long as i remember and deleted all my credit card info on the eve-online website.. atleast they made me think i did.
i have 2 accounts wich i have been paying with Game time codes for a long time and a trail accound wich got supspended.
my brother had 1 accound to.
we both loged in, cheked all accounds and cheked our last payemens/transactions and figured that there was no payemend made on any accound the last few months. only game time codes! wtf?! they just stole 40 euro from us.
and then the logging in on eve is also bugged
- my account name contains a "_" in some situations i have to type a "space" and some times a "_"
- when i enter my pass i see ****** and some times i just see my password ( so that evry one next to me can read it to)
eather i have no idea why i got charged 40 euro and cant find this back
or they just stole 40 euro from me.

Is it exactly 'Eve Online Services'?
My CC payments come from 'Eve-Online Subscri Reykjavik IS'. I reckon that isn't to do with CCP...

Try emailing Customer Support: [email protected]
They should be able to tell you what is going on, and fix it.

i get it all the time i olways have to send atleast 3 mails on the same question to get a answer.
and then im going to get like on of the volunteers to read my mail who dont know anyting aboud payemend, they only know when and how to reimbourse stuf.
so they are going to get me in conctact with someone else and it is going to take AGES to get all that done and even then i dont know why they get they charged me 40 euro or get my money back.
i dont think im going to start on that they eather charged me 40 euro for some reason i dont know or just stole 40 euro from me.
(i feel like its the last option)

Have you tried petitioning under account/billing, which goes to a seperate support area?
If you haven't petitioned, there's no point in posting. If you have petitioned... wait there's still no point in posting. IBTL?
