I didnt think ahead on my training. i spent 12 hours training engineering 3 instead of doing something useful, like mabye the 1 day 10 hour training for minmatar cruiser 3, or 2 days for electronics 4. then i wouldnt have lost 12 or so more hours of training time.
anyone else do something stupid like that?
(this is not a "redeem my skill time rant" btw)

Dont be so hard on yourself, we all do stupid things.
Like the time I tried to stick my ******* in an electric pencil sharpener...man was I lucky.

I have lost maybe a few months skill training time sinc ethe creation of my character simply through carelessness. Don't feel bad :D. At least you aren't over 2 years old and still not hit 24mil sp yet

Whenever a downtime comes up I always set training on something like large gunnery specialisation to 5 or battleship to 5. I figure there'll be enough downtimes that one of them will eventually be finished
(Yes this is my thinly veiled attempt to bring this thread back on topic  )

Umm...OK I was smart and choose a skill that would finish about 6 hours after downtime. Then the downtime was extended and I came in with only maybe 1/2 hour of time no skilled trained. So that meant my skilled was trained to the next level and there was about 1/2 hour dead time.
HOWEVER (is the DEV team still watching this thread?), when I got back online and checked my skill training the one I was training was still at about 14 hours +. Which is wrong cause I was monitoring my training using the outgame character manager by Future Falcon the whole time and I knew the skill was completed to next level bfore EVE was back online.
So...waiting for a fix.

Well im cool and didnt need to change it casue i already had med projectile 5 on
Although last itme there was a dt i had mini frig 1 on and missed like the whole time training
