Your mids are totally wrong and your tank isn't strong enough to handle serious 00 spawns. Drop the afterburner and the web for two more cap rechargers. Fit a second LAR on that at all costs. Drop a nos and fit the seventh gun. A rack of Warriors plus your remaining nos will do just fine against random inty ganksquads.

The AB is kinda needed since teh dual heavy pulse are close range weapons. Could always drop the Web though for a second cap recharger, drop a CPR and fit a Med Rep II.
Serpentis and Angels fly right up to you, so you don't have to worry that much about making range like you would vs. Guristas.
