PayPal pay option appears to have gone missing again... any idea as to when/if it'll be back?
It's the only way I can pay

Ive contacted both CCP and PaybyCash themselves many times and just gotted fobbed off.
CCP keep telling me it will be fixed within a few days, PBC tell me they are having problems and it will be back "soon"Ö
tried to avoid getting a credit card but looks like i have no choice now after no luck 2 months or so down the line :( |

I had this problem, I now use
http://www.shatteredcrystal.com/catalogue.php?cat=15
as they accept paypal as a method, and give you a GTC.
It's also much much cheaper for me as I get more USD to my GBP when compared to Euros.
Standard fare, plug an order with them, they'll give you a call on the number you supply on the paypal payment form, once you've answered a couple of questions, they'll confirm it and send you the GTC via email.
Only get a phone call on the first time as well.

It's really cheaper for us in europe :) normaly i had to pay 17 Ç but with the GTC it costs me 12 Ç ...
But be warned :))) First time customers get phoned before they process your order. so be at home when you order *G*

i caontacted pay by cash and they game me this reponse...
We're sorry, but at present we are unable to accept PayPal payments for this service. This restriction has been imposed by PayPal. Whether we accept PayPal in the future for this service will be dependent upon whether the content provider you're trying to pay for wishes to accommodate PayPal's evolving policies regarding what constitutes acceptable use of a PayPal account to sell goods or services
so i assume CCP dont like paypals policies.
i cant get time codes cuz i dont wanna go giving my phone number out to random companys in far flung places of the world, and thus my girl friend is paying my eve account at the moment on her credit card.
for us that dont have a credit card and dont want one or dont want to use it. this is a majour pain. the fact that i could pay by paypal was one of the mail reasons i came to eve as its one of the few i can pay for with my uk debit card through paypal. well not anymore it would apear. 
thank god i have an understanding GF
