my tip, all items with "hope" in its name are cosmos items, they drop in 5 run bpc, but havent seen large items in those bpc yet.
could be large items drop in lvl 4 cosmos missions

Not true. Hope medium hull reps are dropping from random rats in missions, most of the time from Sansha it seems.

Well still, the only practical use of these things is on capital ships who have taken structure damage, but fitting isn't really an issue...
I dont know why you would want to structure tank a ship... The other two forms of tanking are WAY more effecient.
