Hi guys.
Just thought i would post a little warning about the merc corp, "Sons of Amun" they have been contracted to war with Yesodic Nomads Corp and Exanimo Inc. So far in the 5 days the war has been on they have not once set an attack they have not entered the low sec pipe of which we inhabbit and they have only actually had 3 fights with us (Every time it was us going to them). There has been some kills, but we have yet to lose anything.
Now YNC have uncharacteristically (Hell i am Welsh don't expect me to be able to spell and be a diplomat) smack talked them as we are in sheer frustration of this merc corp who as i see it are taking money from corps and sitting out the wars in stations. The issues behind the childish smacking has been resolved. I do however feel a warning is suffice if you are going to appoint these, they are blatently showing no interest in fighting us. If they was paid to stop us doing what we do then it failed, the only slowing down to our normal operations is when we travel to the systems they are at to see if they will come out (Generally about an hour out of the day). We generally get on with our corp ops again then though.
Anyway its not in anyway meant to flame, smack or any of what i previously had witnessed. Its merely a heads up to people. If you want value for money, maybe these are not the people.
As for Sons of Amun, we made the war mutual, we expect some good fights at some point because i am sure no corp would want a war to go on like this. We had many wars where people just do not undock. We are sure you have the abillity to put up a good fight. We are quite baffled as to why you would declare then not once plan an attack.
Yeah, so in summary, i know who contracted them against us i know they used to be in the same alliance, it does seem to me though like Sons of Amun are taking them for a ride, and out of respect for potential future employers for these guys i think its best they know whats happening.

I just dont get why ppl hire some noobs as mercs, instead of hiring some1 who knows what they are doing, it cant cost that much more..

But if they havent even been seen, then id say there employer isnt going to be happy.

An established effective, and well recognised, Merc force really aint cheap. People looking to get on the map, so to speak, often do it cheaper. These cheaper deals are often taken, and due to the lack of experiance, the cheaper Merc corps are inneffective.
And so the cycle goes.

It sounds more like high-sec wardec pirates that wanted to sound professional and leet, or maybe free advertising.
Then again they may just be bad mercs?
P.S. -- Shamlessly adverting in threads about different corps? Tsk, tsk.
One more thing, buy Quafe, and you'll be popular and have greater sexual appeal! Really.

Damn ya caught me.
I am not even judging them. They may well be good mercs, they ahve some pretty experienced pilots. just makes the mind wonder why a corp would accept a contract and not do anything.
They may very well be able to anihilate us. I can only go on what we have experienced and they have not come to us once, we go to them occasionally. If i was to put out a contract and someone did that i would be very ****ed off.
I am truely hoping that things change and they start to show us why they were hired. I don't buy ships so they kill loads and don't die. I want my ships to go boom otherwise pvp is seriously flawed and seriously boring.

they retracted the war after just 1 or 2 proper fights.
so i declared on them now, perhaps we will show them how its done if we get the time due to our other wars.
always nice to turn the tables and declare on the merc corp, me thinks it needs doing we havnt had enough killing of them yet

Ok speaking on behalf of my beloved corp I must say that the evidence does seem to point in the direction of the above quote. BUT i must say that it is wrong. We did not take the employers for a ride we just decided that we had bitten off perhaps more than we could chew 
We are not in the business of cheating ppl or welching on our contracts but as a good sioux indian once said "Better to run away and fight another day"
This contract was taken in haste and was not discussed in the hierarcy and was obviously a mistake due to the lack of activity in the corp. As promised through all the smack on our corp forums YNC would put this on EVE-O forums
As far as the Huz war went tbh mate ( the guy who said what he said) you have no idea how many ships we ganked or how much money we made from that through the destruction of Huz ships and we did recive a forum post from the leader of Huz commending our actions.
Anyways in short DONT BELIVE THE HYPE! Smack all you like YNC we will pay no attention and we will be back for sure

Yes YNC smacktalked, shock horror, everyone does it at some stage. Bringing it up here will not give you any more credibillity as a merc corp because for starters in the first post i mentiones that YNC smacked and that it was immediately dealt with.
To be honest i don't mind what your reasons are, i was hoping you would come and explain your action because i was curious to know myself, your not ripping people off, thats good to hear. Don't have a pop at them because they were too much of a force for you to take them on. You started the war, YNC made it mutual, you canceled it then YNC declared on you again.
Nothing to do with me what happens now, i am a naughty boy in temperary reformation whilst i get the lust for killing people again. I am sure whatever boo decides will be the best for YNC though.
