I was greeted this fine afternoon, to a new ship in my hangar upon logging in.
I'm fairly certain that it wasn't here when I arrived in Eglennaert last night, and I didn't buy it here...
So, did anybody else wake to find a packaged Atron sitting next to whatever they fly? Did I win the EVE raffle or something?

You probably put it up for sale 3 months ago, forgot about it and with it not selling you've now got it back.

Another possibility is if you're in a player corp, someone with member hangar access dropped it in by mistake/for no reason. My boss drops the ships I order in my hangar.

But really maybe you put a sell order up for it 3 months ago and it expired.

I got the impression from the title that this was another one of those threads about people who really need to unplug due to their EVE life spilling over into their real life. - in this case who the OP pulled last night.
That aside, congrats on the new Atron!

Heh, no... I was going to do a whole little narrative thing following the theme that that the title sets, but it just wasn't flowing.

I thought about that, but due to my crappy trade skills, I watch my limited number of sell orders *very* closely...
Also, I don't think I've ever even *been* to this station before. I didn't have any items in the box, and until last night, didn't have access to any agents here...

Can they do that? I mean, we don't even have an office/hq in this *region*, let alone this station. I kinda thought they could only drop stuff into my hangar at hq...

I'd say something about how crappy of a bonus an atron would be if I didn't have so many containers littered about.

A GM could have placed it there. Its a little function they have access to that drops an item in the last hanger you were at. Last time this happened to me, it was a ship refund because of a bug. Great right? No, because the last station I was at was in the middle of nowheres 
Did you file a petition to get a ship refunded? There is usually an eveMail you get when this is done.

Who would petition an Atron though?  Unless for some insane reason you'd have veeeery expensive fittings on it. Besides, you get a mail etc if you get a ship back from petition, I know I did.

I dont' think I've ever even *lost* an atron... Maybe back in worlds collide, before I could use anything but the civilian ab...
I'll have to check the records on that, but I'm sure I didn't petition it if I did.
