4x 125mm Railgun II, 1x Small e50 Prototype Nosferatu
1x 'Fleeting' Webifer, 1x 20km Scrambler, Medium Shield Booster , 1mn Afterburner II
1x Power Diagnostic II, 1x Nanofiber or whatever

4x 125mm Railgun IIs and 1x Arby Std. Launcher
1x Ab, 1x Scram/Disruptor, 1x Web and 1x Tracking Disruptor
1x SAR II, 1x PDUII/Mag Stab II
or the regular:
4x 125mm Railgun IIs and 1x Arby Std. Launcher
1x Gistii AB, 1x Gistii SB, 1x Scram/Disruptor, 1xEM Hardner/Web
2x PDU IIs or 1x PDU II + 1x Mag Stab II or 2x Mag Stab II (not sure if it fits tho)
and the sniper:
4x 150mm Railgun IIs w. Spike
2x Sensor Booster IIs and 2x Tracking Computer IIs
1x Tracking Enhancer II and 1x Mag Stab II

4x 125mm - 1x launcher (think std fits with good adv wep upgrades)
1nm ab II, medium shield extender II, j5 disruptor, em hardner or web (EM imho)
mapc, 1 magstab II
good stuff (gistii SB on a pvp harpy is alittle HMMZ imho)

seriously, WTF is the point of having all tha goodness and not using it, u will be 10x better off and harder to kill =)

Can the 125mm rails track well enough to take on smaller ships with autocannon and blasters? It seems like any quick ship with a +2 scram orbiting close would pawn the Harpy. Very interested in the responce.

4 t2 150mm w/ anti matter, 1 malkuth standard
t2 shield boost, 20km scram, webber, t2 AB
aux power, CPU thingy (may not need if you got electronics 5).

If you don't have fitting skills raised, then you should be flying T2 ships in pvp.

4x Gauss 125s/ 1x Arb Launcher
1x Gistii AB/1x Gistii SB/1x T2 Cap Booster with 75s/1x EM Amplifier T2
1x Named Damage Control/1x Mag Stab
Thats the setup i use with a wingman who jams. Solo id probably drop the cap booster for a disruptor, because if you dont plug that EM hole, then your just a T1 frigate with more shield hp ;) - Make use of its strengths...damage and tank.
