The Pitch:
Aegis Defense Solutions got a much better start than initially anticipated, with a current member count of five. You can raise your nose and scoff at a "measly" five players, but there's nothing measly about them.
Our goal remains the same: to train new players in the wide array of possibilities EVE Online has to offer, and with a much wider timezone coverage and more helping hands from returning players and some prospective veterans, we're ready to ramp up our recruiting efforts in the space surrounding our home location in Vittenyn. We welcome all interstellar travelers looking for a home regardless of where they're from, of course, but outreach on a personal basis is more difficult in systems we do not occupy.
Whether you enjoy the challenge of learning the game through your own efforts and mistakes, or you desire useful and patient guidance from more experienced players, Aegis Defense Solutions will provide you with a welcoming and personable environment. We impose no role restrictions on our new members, and prefer to let them venture into whatever role they desire.
We wish to provide newer players with a corporate environment in which their involvement is meaningful, and their actions and opinions help to shape the whole of our operations. We experienced members are merely the foundation and guiding hand. If new players wish to form mining corps and run those operations, they will be supported. For those who wish to dive into small scale or medium fleet PVP, they will be encouraged to fleet up and roam. The examples end here, but the possibilities do not.
If you're a new player who would like to learn, and find a place in space to be something more than a cog in the machine, look no further.

- Security (PVE/PVP Combat), Mining, Industry, and Exploration divisions.
- Friendly (and growing!) social environment.
- Subtle 5% tax rate (It pays the rent).
Disclaimer: As a small corporation for the time being, we do not have the ability to support ship-replacement, skill-book assistance or other such benefits on a large scale. However, don't be discouraged to ask for ISK from your fellow members if you need it: the worst they can say is "no."
