Booster changes are on hold for now.
After reviewing the comments from this thread and removing the first booster draft from Crucible, we realized boosters needed a lot more design work than expected to be made functional.
However, if we want to book this kind of time looking at a feature, we may want to do so for something that is quite higher on on the player wishlist, as boosters have a limited use on TQ right now.
We can't say much for now without having to use the Men In Black flashy-thing pen except that it is flying in space related and definitely worth both our and your time. |

Whatever you do, boosters should not become the "health potion of EVE". The unpredictable side-effects work great in this regard - pilots have to think twice before using a booster.
What could really use some work is the smuggling, sales and production monopoly aspect. |

Honestly I think that just increasing drop rate of skill-books a little bit (so they end up maybe 100Mill max for the big one) would all fixing its needed. And buffing gas cloud harvesting a bit. |
