Assume:
Drone Interfacing level 4 - 20% damage per level
Heavy Drone Operation level 5 - 5% damage per level
Minmatar Drone Spec. level 4 - 2% damage per level
Berserker II - 24 EXP base damage
How much raw damage should my beserker do

damage * [1.skill1] * [1.skill2] / [rate of fire]
Obviously use as many skill multipliers as needed. Order of operations is irrelevant (do you really need to be told?).

24*1.8*1.25*1.08= 58.32 per drone on an average hit. No idea what their ROF is.
Consider getting Drone Interfacing to level 5, that's 20% more, more than twice the drone specialisation skill bonus at level 5.

i know 1*2*3 is the same as 3*2*1, thanks for your snide insinuation

Berserker IIs have 37.44 base damage so it's more like 90.97 damage per shot or about 45.5 dps.

Well if you don't your T1 and T2 drones do the same amount of damage

not quite with the specialization damage bonus but you point is well taken
One thing is clear, it is time to get interfacing to lvl 5
