can you fit more than 1 of the same type of impant to a character?
example:-
i fit a basic inteligence and then get given a better one from my agent(say +4), can i fit that one also?

but can you put several implants, one for each stat? like +3int, +3 willpower and +3 perception?

yes you can fit 5 implants 1 of each type

So the idea is that you can have 1 of each 'type' of implant and cannot put more than 1 of any type.
If you have all basic implants, then later get a more advanced implant, do you take off the basic, then put on the new advanced one?
Do I have this correct?
Given the above, is the old one you take off available to sell to the market? If you can't use it any longer, is there a value to it that can be had or recyled?
Of course, this is assuming you know the answers.

You can actually only fit 4 out of 5 , the willpower and charisma both fit in same location.
Your Mega Afocal Pulse Maser I perfectly strikes Asteroid (Veldspar) [R0ME], wrecking for 798.3 damage.
Your 425mm Railgun I perfectly strikes Guardian Captain, wrecking for 685.9 damage.

Also , when you remove an implant , it is destroyed , cannot be sold or recycled.

Yah, well this isn't elementary school you can't be upset because your best friend broke his promise to you. 
Seriously - software companies project plenty of features early on that get thrown on the scrap heap later. Games are like politicians, they make plenty of promises but take what they say with this in mind: They want you to vote for them or pay them money.
