ok i am a noob and i no it so no calling me it it gets repetative. i dont no wut class to go for after a frigate, i am thinking about a destroyer or a cruiser, but i am not sure. which is better, i am on the trial and thinking about buying but i am not sure. plz help me out

Without knowing exactly what it is you want to do with the ship i would advise a cruiser as your next step. they're a lot more versatile than destroyers which are primarily anti-frigate and have very poor tanking abilites.
Training up cruiser skills will also help you on your way to eventually flying recon ship and heavy assault ships.
If you enjoy flying frigates though i would advise getting an assault ship. They can tank very well, they deal a lot of damage and they are fun as hell to fly. expect to pay tech II prices though, they're as much as 4 or 5 times more expensive than a tech I cruiser and need a few skills that you may not have yet.
Edit: sorry didn't see the part about trial (reading ftw  ) you won't be able to train assault ships, but definitely think about going for them if you're gonna become a paying customer.

Cruiser. They're more versatile than destroyers, they can mount better guns/missiles and are harder to kill.
Destroyers have there place but they do only slightly more damage than a frig, have slightly more hit points than a frig and almost have the signature radius of a cruiser... This makes them die rather easily. T2 destroyers (inderdictors) have there own tacitical niche in pvp, but I wouldn't worry about that yet. The only advantage I can see is the price - but this may be a false ecconomy due to their rather fragile nature.
