How many missions have you got to the destination and realised you've left the cargo behind?
I think I do it every fourth mission.

I only did it once but that time I jumped the 10 jumps, saw that I had forgotten the items, jumped back and grabbed the wrong item so I had to go 3 trips  Level one agent. The reward was around 10 K (before the reward boost).

Forgotten cargo at either end, undocked gone to destination realised l haven't even accepted the mission (been staring at offered in journal), plus what with all the implant missions keep getting the overwhelming urge to "save" the game....
Just call me cabbage.

*nods* Had it happen a couple times at first ... even still happens once in a blue moon.
I just make sure I have my ship's cargo open at all times, under my chat, when I run missions to make sure I have the cargo on me. Had to train myself not to be absent minded.

I did something pretty stupid as well. Took on a courier mission, noticed the silly agent hadn't given me the goods to deliver so I bought them from the market so as I wouldn't fail it.
I had misread the mission, she wanted me to fetch the goods from a station and bring them back to her, sure enough they were sitting in my hangar at the other station.. lol
