Ok so who thinks the patch destroyed a lot of things which people had only just got used to?
Photo Cpus nerfed bigstyle....non stacking Mods...adjusting skills descriptions and therby there usefullness(wasted days on a pointless skill)
I bought the game and started playing bout 3 months ago...now theyve changed so many things its almost unrecognisable....
BUT do they actually check with anyone if any of the changes are WANTED?
A lot of the changes in 1217 were never seen in Chaos....even then theres only about 150 to 200 players who actually play on chaos(wild guess)
guess im just venting anger over so many problems and all the threads saying to roll back the servers...
Dont know about that personally..but plz tell us whats going to happen in advance and dont do massive patches...maybe small ones once a week with a medium one once a month?.(plz keep preferences)

No, because nobody ever "wants" their modules to be reduced in power. Unfortunately this is often an necessary change to balance modules or correct flaws.
Phototonic CPUs were grossly overpowered. Module stacking was resulting in virtually invulernable ships. Both of these things NEEDED changed regardless of what players WANT.
That said, there are plenty of other threads discussing these issues. Go there and join the conversation.

The balancing of gear is always wanted, the game would become incredibly dull if everyone flew around with photonic CPUs, tachyons and 5 identical low slot modules for stacked terrifying damage. Nerfing items so that battles last longer than the odd 30 seconds or less is a step in the right direction.
Stop being so damn conservative and give up the thought about you having a right to the game as it once was, the unstructured memories of an online gamer aren't legally binding.

The reason many things were nerfed is because they plan on bringing in Tech 2+ items. Obviously a tech 2 version of a Photonic CPU would be scary, and imagining a tech 5 version... what would that be? +114.4% CPU (or thereabouts)? That would be ridiculous.
So, they lowered some things back to more reasonable levels, and are hopefully going to begin introducing higher tech level stuff in earnest. Hopefully.

Shut the **** up your putsy ass freak. Maybe some of us are just sick of all the little babies that come here to cry their eyes out? Maybe people like you are just ignorant little ****s who have nothing better to do? Yes we are all frustrated with this damn patch but **** HAPPENS there doesn't need to be 500 threads all saying the same exact ****, cluttering the board and obscuring the three or four legitimate threads going.
So once again, **** YOU go home get lost I don't give a flying **** about your stupid ignorant opinion about how sucky the patch is. GET OVER IT
