I almost laughed, but over the past few days, after patroling Gyerzen with my spy alt, I see people mining Jaspet with all the tell tale signs of macro runners (funny names, dodgy movements etc). Even refusing convo's.
Later on, I see these same people with funny names in 10 BS's including Raven's, floating about, and after checking their standings, I relised that they were Running missions.
WTF?

Why couldn't the people who are using them also actually play their accounts sometimes and run missions, PVP or do whatever they want to do, then turn the macro back on when they go off to do whatever they go off to do and leave it generating ISK?
The macro is not replacing having an account on EVE like all the rest of us, which means to me you could do anything you wanted with that account. No?
I thought is was Amusing. There I was, ready to bring in a pirate alt to blow em up, and what do I see? 10 or so Ravens all grouped up, meaning instant death should I try to attack with my cerb

Quite possible to farm lvl3 with a few cacarels with FOF's and a spare wcs or two, that the macro instadock's if armour gets low. Who can say if such a bot exists.

Anyhow, as per my original post, these individuals are now out of action. Macro Style.
They are now operating in npc corps in high sec mining ice.

They were operating the the "low sec for carebears" system called Gyerzen. Not any longer mind you.
