perhaps you used 'Naughty Adult' language and was banned from the server :)

There was a message, usually when a window pops up not during PvP combat it means it has something meaningful to say, read it before closing.
If you just logged on yes there's a server reboot.

last 12 days? lol. Lucky you.
Well get used to it.. The server will be back momentarily.. Then two hours from now you will start to see systems systematically become stuck one after the other. Eventually around 8 hours from now, so many people will be stuck, they will have to reboot the server again.
