I've used some time codes that i bought with ISK to keep that account running. But 2 days ago, when i tried to log i got a message telling me my account was out to "play time" (last 30days TC was finished). So i went to My Account to set a 6months subscription and then i saw in the Recent Charges list that i've been charged while i was on time codes. I checked on my credit card bills for the last 2-3 months and there is a 14.95 USD charge in each months i was on time codes.
Also, even though i got the message telling me my account was suspended (out of time code) and i then went to set my subscription to a 6 months bill, i've been charged again, on may 16th, for 14.95 USD, the exact day my accout was suspended. Again, this appeared on my credit card bill (14.95 USD paid automatically on may 16th and account suspended on may 17th.....getting charged and not even getting play time....)
So,.... wtf?

There has been a mistake either by you reading you CC statement or by the billing dept at CCP. My guess is that the best way to find out where the mistake lies is for the two aforementioned parties to talk. The Eve General Discussion forum is not the venue I would chose, but each to their own.

Hmm yes, I'm trying to get into your billing account but I dont know your password. Could you post it, along with all your credit card details, and I'll take a look and get back to you?

Hi Nanoushka. This forum isn't the right way to get in contact with billing, which is what you want to do. Please use the ask a question link on the left side of this screen, and file a petition under "Billing and account" explaining your situation.
