Is it true that the frequency of agent implant missions will be decreased tomorrow ?

Where did you hear this? Sounds like a nasty rumor to me. I would hope after allowing people to get multiple copies of every implant they won't screw everyone else over by decreasing the frequency so nobody else has the same opportunities.

It may be just a rumour but a lot of people have suggested that the devs will alter the frequency in tomorrows extended database cleanup...

Well, unless these 'people' are the developers themselves, why should we believe them?
I think people are assuming they are coming into game too fast, but there's no reason to think this isn't how the DEVs planned it.
Also, take a look at how they reacted to everyone being upset about them being removed from the game - they re-added them despite the possible exploits/implications. I doubt they will risk another backlash by reducing the frequency of the missions and once again screwing people who have't received them over.
Basically, implants are unique in that they speed training time so dramatically - they can't rightly allow a small number of players access to multiple implants and then cut everyone else off.

I just asked in "Help" channel. Several Polaris representitives there and nobody has heard any mention of this.
I think if regular players had word by now, they would also. So, it sounds like someone started a nasty rumor just to stir things up a bit.

Please go to the info page. The Icon you petition with and look up agent missions in the ask questions. You might be surprised.
It may be old or out of date or it might be current. Take it anyway you want it.

The get help icon just below your wallet. Use the search function and type in agent. you will be able to see from there. Have a look at agent mission descriptions how they work and whats coming in the future and how they were 'intended'> I love that sayiong CCPtm.
It's a good read especially the part about agents only giving specials ONCE.

Well, since the "only once" missions don't directly refer to implants, and there's no "timestamp" to indicate when the last time was this informatino was updated, I'm still not convinced this has anything to do with tommorow's downtime affecting implant missions.

Never said it did but it does mention the special items specifically and how they are given once only by agents. How new or old, who knows. We'll have to see what was intended by Papasmurf.

They wouldn't be the same people who're trying to sell implants at insanely high prices (10mill, 15mill, 20mill, take your pick), would they?

Yeah, but let's face it, it took them 4 or 5 months to nerf BP copying, and they still haven't done that properly, so I wouldn't worry.

I wish :\ I did 31 missions over about 7 hours yesterday and only got one charisma and one perception implant.
3 Missions = Exactly 45 mins playing time (all people who know missions will have the items on hand to complete them instantly)
I seriously doubt that anyone is getting this level of implant, this would add up to 20-30 a day for people.

I think it has siome whack requirements,
I have an excellent lev 3 agent, great standing, corporate and faction, I did 30 missions, I got one implant.
I have charisma 16 and social lev 4

Social lvl3, Cha 15 (with an implant), Agent is +13/+6, I'm getting implant missions every 4th mission. Unfortunately they're all Charisma ones :(
