Because you seem to lack a grasp of fundamental comprehension skills I'll help you out.

Note the use of the word "generally", this means "not always". Also note "*****", this also means whine. I was stating an opinion in a neutral tone not whining or flaming.

So "oh, the irony" should read "oh, I lack comprehension skills"

I was going to post about my one and only pvp moment against Pirate Coalition, the one where I fought a 5 stab raven with no warpscram and it died but I decided not to....oops

We are working to process our customers needs within minutes of their entering the system. In some cases we have known to deliver our customers from ship to clone in under 25 seconds.

A appreciate the offer, but I would suggest expanding your staff? I was in Egghelende yesterday for about 3 hours without getting any service. At least three of the gates at any one time were not properly staffed.

After getting bored of shooting rats in the belts I was so bold as to expressly request service in local. I was told by one 'doggy 2' to come to the Aurcel gate, but when I arrived there a minute later, all I found there was two cans from destroyed T2 fitted battleships from your operation, too much to fit in my already overflowing hold. I hope, judging from the business ledger you gave a link to, that your business still turned over a profit yesterday?

From the transmissions I picked up in local, I can only say to other potential customers that the quality of the limited services you did provide seemed excellent though. I would suggest not to concentrate that much highly qualified staff in just a few locations and using scanners to identify potential customers to increase volume.

/sigh again. if you had read any of the threadin full. you would have noticed i have alread gone over this. there are infact7 ships on the killmail. but three of them warped in when the carrier was in low structure, so i decided not to count them.

to whoever said it above. - i believe it was our quick thinking and teamwork that secured the carrier kill. i would ask you to accept that, seeing as i was there, while you were not.
